Come and enjoy a lovely, creative weekend in beautiful Ejheden together with The Mangevie and the photographer Rania Rönntoft. For years she has worked within the outdoor & lifestyle industry working with brands like Victorinox, Lundhags, Elles Utemat and Olympus. During this weekend you will get to stay in beautiful nature, sauna and cook outdoors. In the heart of Sweden about an hour through the forest, you will find this hidden gem. An abandoned village that had it´s last inhabitants in 1965.
Our cabins are located on a beautiful rugged, private property that overlooks breathtaking lakes and have a remoteness to suit up your personal adventure style. It has the small convenience to charge a phone, cook a meal on a gas stove, and having an outdoor summershower, but also the big luxury of staying off the grid in this magical surrounding of an abandoned village while heating up your cabin and relaxing next to the woodstove after a day out.
Have the best sauna experience and take a cool dive in the lake while overviewing nature’s beauty. Enjoy one of the amazing hikes over old trails and experience the true meaning of silence. Cook a meal in the most idyllic boathouse ever.
Rania will also have a lecture on day 1 where she talks about outdoor photography and some tips for capturing your adventures, and she will then be accessible through out the entire weekend to guide you as you practice capturing moments and telling your outdoor travel story! Program : We meet in Furudal @ The Mangevie 17 Sep at 09 am
We drive up to Ejhden and have a meeting about this weekend. From then on it will all be about being outdoors and capturing nature and food pics with tips and advice from Rania. Sunday afternoon around 17 we leave this beautiful place with a backpack full of knowledge and great memories.
